REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
By law, we may only accept returns of alcoholic beverages if the product is flawed. Trella Vineyards cannot accept returns for wine damaged during transit due to adverse weather or for wine ordered in error. To request a return or replacement of a flawed product, please email info@trellavineyards.com. Refunds are issued once the wine is received. If the original wine was flawed or damaged in transit, a full refund will be issued, including shipping and handling. For all other accepted returns, refunds will exclude shipping and handling charges.
EVENT RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION
Certain Trella events may require advance reservations due to limited space. Reservation instructions, fees (if any), and cancellation deadlines will be provided at the time of booking. Unless otherwise specified, cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable. No-shows or missed reservations may forfeit any event fees or Wine Club benefits associated with that event.
